Privacy

What we store

• Your account: your email address, when you signed up and last logged in, and, if you set one, a one-way scrambled form of your password (never the password itself).
• Deals you save: the property address, ZIP code and every assumption you enter, including earlier versions when you edit a deal.
• Analyses you run: the inputs and results of analyses run on this site or through its API, whether or not you're logged in, so we can operate and improve the tool.
• How you use the site: which pages you visit and features you use, linked to a random visitor ID stored in a cookie and, when you're logged in, to your account. If you arrived through a link with a tag (like ?ref=), we note which link it was.
• Files you upload as support for a committee review, and any feedback you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We don't record your IP address or browser details, and there are no third-party trackers or ad cookies on this site.
• Your saved deals and uploads are visible only to you and to the site's administrator.

Cookies

All cookies are this site's own. One keeps you logged in (up to 30 days) and holds a signed account identifier, not your data. One holds a random visitor ID (up to a year) so we can count visits. One remembers the link tag you arrived with (up to 90 days).

Deleting your data

You can delete any saved deal from its page. To delete your account and everything stored with it, email conorwms@gmail.com.
